This year, the team officially began working on AgencyVista — a search platform that allows businesses to find their dream social media agency in minutes.

Our problem with the current process of finding an awesome social media agency is that it flat-out stinks.

As far as actually searching for agencies goes, the options are dismal. You can:

  1. Let Google take the wheel. We learned the hard way that this yields expensive agencies that have the funds to pay for sponsored placements at the top, followed by agencies with great SEO but not necessarily great social media management skills below
  2. Locate an agency directory. I’d say this approach is akin to looking at the Yellow Pages for your neighbor’s number (only to find out it is static information and 99% likely to be outdated).
  3. Ask your professional network for a referral. This is probably the best available option of these three, but at best, it only moves the needle to more pain points, like…

When you do find an agency you think might be a good fit, it usually takes weeks of emails, calls, in-person meetings (and rescheduled in-person meetings), just to get to a point where they sort of understand your business, your budget, your goals, and let you know whether or not they can work with you.

The worst part of it all? If you do decide to move forward after all the time spent and then don’t see results in the first few months, it’s right back to square one.

Our Founder, Vitaly Veksler, having previously founded and grew a social media management platform for businesses and agencies, Social Report, figured we might be somewhat fit to come up with a solution.

And so, we are.

Agency Vista is built to be a win-win(-win)

Through AgencyVista, businesses will be able to easily find social media agencies based on preferences like industry focus, monthly budget, current and past social accounts managed, team size, location, and more.

At the same time, we’re dedicated to ensuring this platform helps agencies grow their client portfolio with clients that actually make sense (and likely won’t suck or make your employees want to flee).

I feel cheesy saying this but it is legitimately a win-win. And if we’re able to pay our bills with this company, it’s a win-win-win, which is basically unheard of in the business arena. So we’re also making history. That’s a win-win-win-win. I’m going to stop myself here.

If you’re a social media agency (or simply an agency that offers social media management), we’d love to help you get your AgencyVista profile set up and looking great. You can sign up for AgencyVista here!
